There are 3 Camping Sites near Melbourne, Australia which I would like to camp at for a few days. None of them will take one person only. They only take groups of 20 or more.
Since the cost of buying the airline ticket is so much, I really want to spend as little as possible on accommodation and think that camping is the way foward. How much per night - I don't really want to spend any more than $10 australian dollars per night.
a) cut back to 50,000-60,000 per yr.
b) a complete halt to nonwhite immigration
c) there should be no limit in immigration, Australia has the space
d) at least 160,000 per yr.

I am traveling for about 1.5 months from Mexico, then to Australia and finally in Fiji. I was wondering if someone experienced with prolonged travel could tell me if I should use a cargo style large bag or if a Kelty/ North Face, large style backpack would do the trick. I won't be doing anything majorly strenuous but there will be camping involved and as I said, I will be away for about 1.5 months. Thanks.
