Seasonal/Gap Year jobs in new zealand and australia?

I am taking a gap year this september and i want to travel, however i need to work to do this but does anyone have any suggestions of jobs in australia, new zealand or canada. As these are the countries i would like to travel to but work in as well. Also has anyone ever experienced Camp America or CCUSA as i am thinking of doing this as well. Kiwifruit picking!
Most would encourage the agriculture industry in New Zealand but since where I come from that is something only illegal immigrants do, I was put off by the idea. Also, I wasn’t interested in such hard labor. I chose to sign up with a temp agency and worked in offices in Auckland and Wellington.
